Founded by the three ‘Green’ sisters – Maureen, Sarah and Anne – the Green Gallery opened its doors in Flanders Mall, Mount Edgecombe in October 2008. Today the partners are Maureen Dixon, Sarah Lawrence and Glynis Hoaten.

The Green Gallery houses an extensive selection of extraordinary art by renowned local artists, making visiting the gallery a delightful experience. Featured artists include sculptor Owen Llewellyn Davies; world-famous Umhlanga artist Ian van Zyl; Prix de Grande-Etapes Franaises award winner Makiwa Mutomba; Nicole Pletts; Cherylee Powell; David Johnson; John Smith; Shirley Brandon; Nicky Chovu and Sharleen Boaden, among many others.

Maureen is an accomplished artist who has been selling paintings for more than 30 years. Sarah specialises in framing and her passion lies in selling art, having co-owned a gallery in Zimbabwe for many years. Glynis is a professional business woman with 18 years business experience who has a passion for art.

The ladies combine their knowledge, insight and enthusiasm to create a gallery of international standards.
